Terms & Conditions
Last updated 19 August 2026.
About these terms
These terms apply to all enquiries, orders and services provided by Bella Avora. By placing an order you agree to them.
Prescription services
Prescription-only medicines are supplied solely against a valid prescription issued by a registered independent prescriber following a consultation, and dispensed by a registered pharmacy. A consultation does not guarantee that treatment will be prescribed. The prescriber may decline where treatment is not clinically appropriate, and no fee is charged for treatment that is not supplied.
Accuracy of information
You are responsible for giving complete and accurate information at consultation. Withholding relevant medical history may make treatment unsafe.
Orders, postage and collection
Orders are confirmed once payment has been received. Postage timings are estimates and depend on the carrier. Where collection is chosen, the address is provided after the order is confirmed, and collection is by prior arrangement only.
Cancellation and returns
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel most orders within 14 days of receipt. Medicines and other sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons cannot be returned once the seal has been broken. Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods will always be put right.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
