What we collect

Contact details you give us when you enquire — name, phone number, email address and the area you live in. For weight management enquiries, we also collect health information: medical history, current medication, measurements and the answers to your consultation questionnaire.

Why we hold it

To respond to your enquiry, to provide the service you have asked for, and — for weight management — to allow a registered prescriber to assess whether treatment is clinically appropriate. Health data is special category data and is handled on the basis of explicit consent and the provision of health care.

Who sees it

Consultation information is shared with the registered independent prescriber and the registered pharmacy involved in your care. It is not sold, and it is not shared for marketing.

How long we keep it

General enquiry records are kept for up to two years. Health and consultation records are retained in line with the professional retention requirements that apply to the prescriber and pharmacy.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted where no legal obligation requires us to keep it, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact us to do any of these. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Messages sent to us on WhatsApp are held on your device and ours, and are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms. Please avoid sending detailed medical information by WhatsApp — we will direct you to a secure consultation form instead.
